At Nest Origin Wellness, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the hygienic nature of skincare products, our refund policy is limited to specific cases.


Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

Refunds or replacements are only available under the following circumstances:

  • Product received is damaged

  • Product received is defective

  • Incorrect product delivered

  • Missing item from the order

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.


Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds or returns in the following cases:

  • Product has been opened or used

  • Customer changes their mind after purchase

  • Product ordered by mistake

  • Minor packaging damage during shipping that does not affect the product


Reporting a Damaged or Incorrect Product

To request a refund or replacement, please email us at:

Include the following information:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • Description of the issue


Refund Processing

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect.


Replacement Policy

In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement product instead of a refund.

Replacement orders will be shipped without additional charges.
